This was the E-mail that I sent off to Sony Music Entertainment to ask for permission to use Natasha Bedingfield's song 'Soulmate'. I thought this was a strong possibility as she is quite known artist yet she is not massively known. I also saw the video and decided that it would be a good basis to our remake.
Although this song was produced under Phonogenic records, they belong to Song Music Entertainment and do not have their own email available to the audience; therefore I decided to ask for copyright permission from Sony Music Entertainment.
