PRODUCTION - Returning Equipment from holiday bookings !!! (Safety Check)

WHO! WHAT! WHEN! HOW!

Joel :

Joel has taken responsibility for the camera and tonight will ensure all the equipment is safe before returning it to the media office, we need Joel to be present also as he has used his media card to take out the equipment.

Masum:

Masum has taken responsibility for the lighting equipment and the two batteries for the lighting, this must be returned in the way it was received and will be checked thoroughly on Sunday Night

Nyomi:

Nyomi has take responsibility for the handling of the tripod for the lighting and she also will ensure it is safe and in perfect condition to be returned in.

• Group 23 have arranged to meet up outside the media office with all equipment no later then 8:45 AM, we must show we are serious about this so that in future our bookings will not have to be re-considered.
